You overthink decisions and replay conversations
You know you’re capable of more — but can’t access it consistently
You’re doing the work, but not fully seen or recognized
This isn’t a discipline problem.
It’s a pattern problem.

My name is Sindy. I started exercising about 7 years ago for a medical reason, although I’ve always had a strong connection to sports since high school, where I excelled in track and field and even represented my city as a sprinter. Two years ago, I reconnected with running and began learning more about it, setting distance goals from my first 5K to completing my first marathon last year.
As a coach, I help my clients improve their habits and lifestyle through running. I guide them to run pain-free and injury-free in a more mindful way, emphasizing the importance of strength training as the foundation for better performance.
I’m Mateo. Runner, coach, and founder of Mile 0.
I’ve been running for over 3 years, racing across multiple distances and learning through every phase of the process. I’ve been through the ups and downs of training: injuries, inconsistency, and figuring things out the hard way. That’s exactly why I coach the way I do now.
I will help you stay consistent, create new habits, train with purpose, and actually improve without wasting time guessing what works. There’s nothing better than seeing my athletes grow, hit their goals, and build real discipline through running.
This is not for everybody, and that’s the point!
